A tool for review, with clear limits.
Draft operating terms for the pilot. Public paid launch requires the operator to complete and review these terms.
The service
TenderThread provides document extraction and draft evidence-comparison reports for supplied tender and supplier documents. The free preview uses limited text rules. The paid AI check, when connected, produces a source-linked draft for your review.
Your responsibilities
Upload materials you are authorised to use. Check the buyer’s current tender portal, original documents, amendments, deadline, requirements and your final submission yourself. You remain responsible for the bid decision and all statements you submit.
What a report does not establish
A report is not certification, legal advice, an independent audit, a prediction of tender success or a guarantee that every requirement has been found. A passage marked “evidence located” can still be inaccurate, incomplete or insufficient for the buyer.
Pricing and checkout
The proposed pilot price is NZ$99 per tender pack. A recurring subscription is not created. Test checkout is for testing only and does not charge real money. Live checkout will remain blocked until provider credentials, tax settings and merchant details are ready.
Failed checks and payment issues
A verified payment remains attached to its check if analysis fails. You can retry analysis without another payment while the source files remain available. Raise unresolved delivery or payment issues through your account’s support form. A complete refund process and response timeframe must be established before paid public launch.
Data and retention
Read the privacy summary before uploading. Original files expire after seven days; reports remain until deleted. Do not use the app as your only copy of tender or supplier evidence.
Before launch
The legal operator identity, contact details, tax treatment, refund process, support arrangements and final commercial terms still require the operator’s confirmation. No provision here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
